Le Pigeon Offers Beer Pairing Flights for Tasting Menu during Craft Brewer’s Conference


 Nice to see one of Portland’s finest restaurants, Gabriel Rucker’s Le Pigeon, is offering a special menu of beer pairing flights to pair with a special tasting menu during the Craft Brewers Conference. Le Pigeon will offer beer pairings to accompany five and seven course chef’s tasting menus during the week of the CBC, from Monday, April 13th- Sunday, April 19th. Beer is an important part of the Le Pigeon beverage program, but the restaurant normally hosts just one or two beer dinners annually. Le Pigeon’s nightly beverage pairing options for the tasting menu normally consists of wine pairings,  or a non-alcoholic beverage pairing for each course, so this will be a rare treat in Portland for beer lovers who appreciate excellent food. This week in April will give local and visiting beer lovers the opportunity to enjoy the lauded cuisine of Le Pigeon with a flight of beer pairings chosen specifically to pair with those dishes, as well as an expanded a la carte menu of beer choices.
