Tips

  • Nice gym,but not sure its the right place for a girl to find a straight man.just sayen.
  • 5 treadmills later I find a treadmill with working audio go the televisions. LA Fitness is going to have to maintain this gym to keep it up to par.
  • Stay hydrated by drinking plenty of water before, during, and immediately following an intense workout! Your muscles with thank you!
  • One of the BEST LA Fitness locations in ATLANTA. ....Management is GREAT!!!
  • Parking deck is on Abercrombie (block before 5th). Take your ticket in for a 2.5 hour validation credit.
  • It's a small club but is nicer than a regular LA fitness and has great equipment and instructors.
  • Love this gym !! Brand new equipment and a good variety of people. Hopefully the trash won't infiltrate the place as they did @ the prior LaFitness .
  • Workout in between classes and keep your gym bag in a locker
  • If you see me, speak. I don't bite, lol
  • Becoming to overrun with thugs. Left my stuff in the locker for 10 min. while I went back to my car to get my lock & all my stuff had been gone through & a few items stolen.
  • If the cleaning solution next to the treadmills isn't working, lift the lid & dip the paper towel into the container.
  • Shred.
  • If you are looking for a KILLER spin class make it to Ashley's Saturday 10:30 class. So fun and you'll leave exhausted!!!!! WOOOP!
  • Get a smoothie from Rebecca. She's the smoothie hbic!!!
  • Power through a tough workout with some Cellucor C4 or M5! I use these before every workout to get solid results!
  • Morning w/o are best...Get here early.

  • Hitting the gym to tone up those bat wings? Add cable curls and dumbbell kickbacks to your routine. For the best results perform 2-3 sets of 12-20 total repetitions per set for each exercise.
