  • Mike Easton's hand made pasta and charcuterie will become a regular habit. His place is located in the Hillclimb--literally in Procopio Gelateria. [Eater 38 Member]
  • The best lunch spot for incredible, handmade pasta. Arrive before noon to avoid a long line.
  • They now accept credit cards
  • Great hand made pasta! Something new and different everyday. Get there early since they sell out quick. It is only open for lunch.
  • Great fresh pasta. Get there early because its a limited supply!
  • Bring a good book or a chatty friend. The line is long and once inside another line awaits. However if you feel like waiting for 25-40 minutes you'll get amazing pasta and sides waiting at the counter
  • The pastas are just outstanding! And the price? Less than 10$! Low profile space and a pretty cool concept. Must go when in Seattle.
  • The bolognese!
  • The best bolognese I've ever had in my life. Amazing.
  • Amazing menu that changes everyday with an awesome selection of appetizers and sauces. A hole in the wall that's always packed. Get there early
  • Go hungry, and with a friend -- that way you can try all three of the day's pasta dishes.
  • Believe the hype!! So good!
  • Check their website to find out the pasta for the day.
  • Found Maccheroni as Yum. Try it and dish on it at http://dishonit.com
  • The long line and waiting time are very much worth it. Perfect pasta, kale salad, vino, and a great atmosphere. Be here.
  • Despite being a well-known spot with a line out the door, this place feels neither exclusive nor pretentious. (Line moves fairly quickly.)
  • The line wraps around fast so come early, like 10:30am. Tried the veggie lasagna, anchovy/broccolini cavatelli, and bolognese paperdalle. All good (though not mind blowing). Focaccia is alright too.
  • I enjoy sharing food here so you can try all the pastas plus the prosciutto & kale salad are a must!
  • The pasta was comparable to what I've experienced in Italy: fresh, simple, homemade, delicious. And a bowl for just $9.95! Get there 15-20 minutes before they open to avoid a long line.
  • Delicious pasta. Get the kale salad and order the side of chilli. Chilli is flavourful but not as hot as you might think.
