Highstreet's team (Henry Tran, Tim Graham, Russ Elliot, and Tom Milliron) sorted hundreds of pounds of donated food that had been recovered from hospitals, schools and restaurants. Once sorted, the prepared but not served food is packed into family-sized portions and distributed through food pantries, shelters and meal sites to a diverse population of people living on limited incomes.
