Foursquare Tips

  • I like this bar because you don't have to listen to Whitney Houston like you do in every other bar. They play good music & have good food & beer.
  • On the night Whitney Houston died, the manager refused to play her songs. So the place sucks. Don't come here.
  • I feel guilty for not having shared this tip years ago about High Dive, however they have some of the best wings in the city - since they take the extra step in grilling them during preparation.
  • Best wings and only 25 cents on tuesdays
  • The jukebox is basically a who's who of indie rock icons, the grub's much better than most area bar food, and the nightly specials are generous.
  • every other monday is karaoke night! rock out with your blackout!
  • Take over this juke box
  • Dont waste your time terrible customer service
  • Better than your average. Friendly staff. 90's grunge on the speekies. Way relevant beer selection, nice patrons. I'd do it again. Anthony is the best bar keep in the greater chicago land area.
  • the best tater tots in the city hands down
  • Those ahi tuna tacos are enough reason to leave the house when it's 10 degrees outside. Friendly staff, great beer specials.
  • Beer + shot (of not terrible whiskey) + wings is $9. Can't go wrong with that. The draft list is usually pretty pedestrian, but the old style is cheap.
  • The casual rock music bar you wish your neighborhood had. Good beer. Good food. Good people. Good times.
  • Get the fried chicken sandwich! The pool table is also great and lowkey.
  • We happened upon this place on their trivia night. Looks like fun. We plan on going back for their High Dive Special. Beautiful bar.
  • Candice is a great server.
  • Luau pork!
  • Best tots in town, get the Cajun
  • Surprisingly atrsy for a dive bar
  • Tater tots and wings. Never gets super crowded even at the weekend
