Prosecco blends with the pleasantly bitter herb-infused flavors of Campari. A splash of cran, a dash of mint… *ooh-la-la* it’s downright delightful. Low in sugar, light on calories, BIG in flavor. Ring in the new year with this soiree-worthy signature drink. Clink clink!

CRANBERRY MINT SPARKLER
{1 drink}

1 part Campari
1 part cranberry juice, unsweetened
3 parts Prosecco, or other sparkling wine
5 fresh mint leaves

1. In a glass filled with ice add all of the ingredients.
2. Lightly squeeze or twist {to release the oils} the mint leaves and add to the glass.
3. Stir one last time and enjoy. If you want to kick up the sweetness a bit, coat the rim with a quick swipe of lime juice and light dusting of coconut palm sugar. Enjoy!
