Tips
- Love the ruladen
- Awesome variety of wines, great food, and customer service. Very pleasant ambiance!
- And get the Strudel after the Rouladen and Wurst Platter!
- Best German restaurant in NC, hands down. Have been going here for over ten years now every time I come to Wilmington. I am German so you can take my word that the food is authentic!
- Can't beat a jger schnitzel and a delicious German Pilsner!
- Daily special is great. Best strudels in the world!
- Wunderbar! Very authentic but the wurst is just boars head, not homemade. Still great food. This place is haunted so look for a ghostly white lady on the stairs leading to the upper level.
- Excellent! A little understaffed but great authentic German fare. Only downside is the wurst is all Boars Head, not homemade. I'm going back.
- Best schnitzel!
- I've been going here ever since I was little. Never a bad experience. Food is always exceptional. This is the best restaurant in Wilmington, possibly the state!
- The schnitzel is pretty authentic but the klosen (knodel) are dead on like my favorite gasthaus's im Bayern
