  • You are better off walking around looking for what you want. Not that they are unpleasant, they just have no clue about their floor plan.
  • How do they make money? I find tiny things in sale bins - needed but NOT high on shopping list or why i went there. Then i buy what I need on Amazon & get it in 2 days. Average Fry's purchase $25. ??
  • Just like Best Buy (Worst Service), it's impossible to get help here. If they didn't have every electronic thing I need, I wouldn't shop here.

  • If you return something and they ask "Are you going to keep shopping?" SAY NO and get your cash. Their return slip is worthless if you leave the store. I lost $70 because they don't track this.

  • Self coined term: Fried or Fry'dDefinition: When you experience poor service by their staff. I.E. waiting in the return line, waiting to get help for a product,waiting to buy, and leave!

  • Like others have said. Go knowing what you want bc the staff here are clueless and will give an excuse for being too lazy to check the back for more stock. And people wonder why we shop online now.

  • Its Fry's... They have things but the employees are so depressing. The need a specialist desk and just pay them fairly! Stop dressing them in cheap uniforms, train them, support employee happiness!

  • Before going to Fry's, you should research exactly what you want. The employees are generally uninformed and will sell you everything you don't need if they can. Don't get "Fried"!
