Foursquare Tips

  • The clam chowder here is UNREAL!
  • The Indian Pudding w/ Vanilla Ice Cream is worth a trip to Boston
  • The Jameson shots taste so much better when they're served at the bar at this place. The bar is actually a nice spot to watch a Celtics game.
  • The fish cakes and baked beans are wonderful!!!
  • The Clam Chowder is excellent!
  • Over-priced but absolutely delish! Clam chowder and Yankee pot roast are amazing!
  • My favorite place to eat when I visit Boston. I have been coming here since 1968
  • Amazing!! Omg this was honestly the best restaurant my family and I have ever been to! The food was plentiful and delicious, and the service was flawless. Laura was our waitress and we loved her!
  • La pasta primavera simplemente deliciosa !!!
  • ...and the Indian Pudding! YUM!
  • Best Boston baked beans
  • Try the chowda
  • clam chowder is to die fr So is the meatloaf special
  • The waitstaff are all friendly and pleasant -- not like the Durgin-Park of old. Kind of miss the no-bs, sharp-tongued, blue-eyeshadowed, well-traveled waitresses of the past.
  • The ribs were incredible with a side fries & onion rings with honey mustard. They have a full barBrother Reggie had fish and chips. Plenty of Crown Royal with ginger ale makes walking around fun.
  • It had a very bad smell when we first walked in so I was skeptical, but our meal was delicious! I had the lobster Mac and cheese and it was amazing. The oysters are great as well!
  • Amazing lobster roll! Everything tasted like it was made fresh that day. Will definitely be coming back here. Waitstaff was super friendly, too!
  • Try the Clam Bake - One of my lobster meals in Boston - lobster, clams, potatoes, clam chowder. (via @Foodspotting)
