Tips
- Two words: vegan Ethiopian.
- Wonderful renditions of Ethiopian cooking, some of our favorite in the city, though portions can run a little small.
- Misir Wot is where it's at. Spicy and delicious.
- Grab some extra injera to get the most out of your meal :)
- Go with a friend and get the sampler plate!
- The feast for two is probably good for three, etc. Great place to get a bunch of friends together though the cocktail game is weak. Throw down on a few plates of sambusas and all is forgiven.
- Bunna is a godsend! Go in a group and order a sampler platter, which allows you to try everything on the menu.
- I loved the lentil sambusa appetizer. Followed by a feast for two and tried a bit of everything!
- Did is very delicious. Staff is super friendly. Portions are small though for their prices. I alone eat a feast for two. Well worth it though. Be their for the coffee ceremony. So good!
- Vegan Ethiopian grub!
- ATM's in the back.
- Show up without cash and you ain't eating. Not too many ATMs nearby in the evening.
- Very filling. The feast for two is great. Slow service though
- The food is delicious the staff is lovely. A little too expensive for me to eat there three times a week, but if it was cheaper I would. The food is worth every penny though.
- The feast for two could probably feed four! Great Ethiopian beers.
- Mango, papaya or avocado? Why bother choosing when Espris has them all.
- Lunch menu for 2 is a good option if you want to taste everything.
- Great date spot. Cash only. Got the feast for one but shared between two was perfectly fine
- Feast for three was enough for four. Make reservations online to save time (esp for weekends) and for gluten free injera.
- Everything was delicious.
