Foursquare Tips

  • $5 happy hour from 5-6:30. Food and draft beer, vodka drinks.
  • Midday is especially busy, with lawyers and lobbyists sinking into the pale-suede banquettes, but at night the action shifts to the raw bar, where oysters, shrimp, & lobsters glisten in mounds of ice.
  • For BLT Steaks birthday ( March 3), the place is practically giving away entrees at $33.04 a pop. Sides, signature cocktails and dessert will come cheap, too, at a mere $3.03 each.
  • Great Service try the ribs. Steaks are also amazing. Might even meet a celebrity or two.
  • While the food is delicious the service is lacking. Someone should share some Emily Post etiquette tips with the wait staff
  • Get the double cut T bone steak for 2!! One of the best steaks in the city
  • Great filet and service!
  • The Wagyu Hamburger is killer! Prepared with a fried egg, pastrami, and cheddar cheese!
  • Black bass with braised bacon, charred octopus and romesco sauce At this meat palace you'll find two chunks of braised bacon that enrich bass and octopus in a surf 'n' snout combo
  • Saw First Lady Mrs. Obama here during dinner! Apparently it's one of her favorite spots.
  • Soft shelled crab is kinda gross :/
  • The Burger Board section of BLT's blackboard menu boasts creative, frequently changing goodness like the Kobe patty paired with grilled pineapple & SPAM, creatively named The Birth Certificate.
  • Chicken liver pate and cheese popovers are incredible, but leave little room for more. Lobster salad is a meal unto itself.
  • Great POPOVERS! They share their recipe! Steak is amazing! Service is top notch! George is great!! Worth the $$$
  • Lobster Cobb is to die for and so are the popovers
  • Cheese Popovers!
  • Excellent Steak, little pricey, good service
  • BLT Steaks two burger options include the Wisconsin CAB with bacon, apple, and cheddar, and the Dry Aged Burger with spiced beef rib, Morbier, and housemade steak sauce.
  • The staff was very attentive, but I was disappointed in my steak. I ordered the American Wagyu Ribeye, medium. My first 2-3 cuts didn't even have ANY pink, and the rest of the steak had SOME pink.
  • The Yorkshire puddings they serve are excellent
