Tomato, Basil, and Parmesan Quiche
Recipe Courtesy of Reynolds KitchensThis tomato, basil, and Parmesan quiche is the perfect breakfast or brunch item. The aromatic basil pairs perfectly with the soft, sweet pop of the cherry tomatoes. The best thing about quiche is that it's better the day after, so don't be afraid to store some in the fridge.

Joanna Gaines Asparagus and Fontina Quiche
"Mild, buttery Fontina cheese is delightful paired with earthy asparagus, but if you can’t find it, you can replace it with provolone, or use all Gruyère here. Sometimes I shave the asparagus into thin strips, though simply chopping it works great when I’m more pressed for time. This quiche is beautiful either way." - Joanna GainesFrom Magnolia Table by Joanna Gaines. Copyright © 2018 by Joanna Gaines. Prosciutto Parmesan Quiche
Recipe excerpted from Fast and Easy Five-Ingredient Recipes: A Cookbook for Busy People by Philia Kelnhofer. This light and fluffy quiche makes for a delicious meal at any time of the day (quiche can be enjoyed for breakfast, lunch, or dinner). When I was growing up, quiche was always served on Sundays or when guests came over because it has a superquick prep time and then it could bake in the oven while we were spending time with family and friends.Click here to purchase your own copy of the book.

Quiche is among my favorites of French cuisine, and that's a pretty tough statement for me to make. My boys love quiche and from the old saying "real men don't eat quiche," they started calling it man pie, which is a little strange but funny at the same time.

Zucchini Quiche
One morning, I literally took this out of the oven about 15 minutes before I had to leave for work. It was too hot to slice, so I just wrapped it in foil and dish towels to transport it to work. Once I got to work, one of the attorneys asked what I had. I told her it was quiche and when I said it had corn and green chiles in it, I think in the back of her head, she was like "Um, no thanks!" But she skipped breakfast. I told her if she didn't like it I wouldn’t be offended. See all quiche recipes.
