  • Arrive when the Aquarium opens or late in the day after 3pm and you will miss the crowds. Take your kids here they will really like it.
  • On July 4, buy tickets for the BBQ event. The price includes all different types of picnic fare, including drinks, salads and desserts, and the cost of admission to the aquarium.
  • Order tickets online, adults save $5 per ticket!
  • Go the the Long Beach aquarium, but leave the stroller in the car. Plenty of room for little dudes to run and allows pops an extra hand to have a cold one. Yup, brews at the aquarium.
  • Shark Lagoon Nights are free most Friday nights from 6-9pm during the shoulder season. Check the website for dates & info.
  • Take the whale trip in July and August if you want to see blue whales. We've consistently seen good-sized groups of them each day. I saw 12 blue whales on a trip last week!
  • Make sure you validate your parking at the Aquarium before you leave. It is $8 with validation and can be $15 or more without it.
  • Really nice Aquarium with inside and outside sections and touch pools for the kids. Plenty of places outside to chill as well and restaurants near by. Good day for the family
  • Receive $4 off Adult Admission and $2 off Child Admission
  • Remember fish are friends not food. :-)
