Foursquare Tips

  • The lamb and the dark chocolate amaretto flan is exquisite! Well-paced and excellent service. Make sure to make a reservation.
  • Delicious rack of lamb and the strudel for desert really hit the spot, plus friendly service.
  • The rabbit is astonishing.
  • Can't go wrong cuz everything is excellent.
  • Go to Albona and try the savory pasta strudel. F'ing yum. (Also, say hi to Michael Bruno, the very cool co-owner.)
  • Strudel is brilliant as the reviews say. It is hands down the best Italian food we've ever had (and we have Italian family!). Great service and good value when compare with others in the area.
  • STRUDEL! Savory and rich and delicious, the gnocchi is actually a potato and the calamari is not fried, very authentic
  • The seafood stew is excellent. Service is great, too.
  • Unpretentious, best family style Italian food since lived in Italy. Get the lamb chops! Also, the most attentive service I've had in the Bay Area. #legit
  • Did not understand why this place got such high rating in Tripadvisor; just a regular Italian restaurant - Risotto was even bad. Was not worth the money
  • Amazing Penne a La Arrabbiata - simple and delicious. Rack of Lamb is top notch
  • The rack of lamb is kick-ass. The seafood stew is quite excellent!
  • Everything was very, very good. The standouts for me: the rack of lamb, the sardines in saor, the stuffed calamari... and the apple strudel for dessert... with gelato.
  • Amazing and cozy Italian restaurant. I had the sage butter ravioli and was excellent. Also the strawberry sorbet was fantastic. The waiter Jesus is such a lovely and cult person. Overall excellent!
