  • Many park on surface level - the pimp move to make is on lower level though.
  • The Wine Steward was awesome.
  • Deli made sandwiches are $2 if you buy more than one, fabulous for hikes or picnics!
  • Salad bar is great. Not quite as much stuff as Whole Foods, but less crowded and just as fresh.
  • The pharmacist here isn't nice at all, and service is quite slow. Go somewhere else for your prescription if you can
  • Samantha at the Starbucks here is retarded
  • First Safeway that I've found that has an organic bulk foods section and even a 'make your own organic peanut butter' section. Very cool!
  • The pharmacy is great. Prescriptions are usually ready in 20 minutes.
  • Orca transit card and transit pass available here
  • The make some,of the most beautiful flower arrangements I've seen
  • Most delicious bread! So good and healthy at the same time! Eat the Ball has only 8 ingredients?!
  • Opens early at 5am and stays late till 1am. Very convenient, huh?
  • You can use your "TomThumb" club card at Safeway
  • fresh fruit section is pretty expensive. $6.48/lb is way too much
  • The layout is so confusing!
  • The selection is good but lately, it's been nothing but incompetent cashiers and rude managers.
  • They sell food!
  • Grab a sandwich in the deli section and use the devoted deli checkout counter for a speedy lunch on the go.
  • Ask Bill in the wine section for the perfect bottle to go with your dinner
  • Avoid Sunday.
