Foursquare Tips

  • Have the classic steeped chai. It's lightly sweetened and just the right amount if spice. My friend said it was like being back home.
  • Upfront. Upstairs. Outback. Seating options are limitless at this brownstone Indo-Carib influenced bistro with a small but lively bar. Dining options aren't typical and vegan\vegetarians will rejoice!
  • Curry cookies are fantastic. Chai is not too sweet, spicy, and really awakening. Small, but nice cocktail list.
  • Be aware - terrible place for a business meeting because they don't offer wifi and the public wifi and cell phone signal doesn't reach.
  • Chai, great vegetarian food and nice atmosphere
  • Good Kahwa green tea if not a fan of chai... probably only ordering drinks or starters the food service is slow.
  • Pricey but a unique experience - it's Indian fusion! Great decor, perfect for a date.
  • Everything on the menu is delicious. Brunch is highly recommended and the decor is a must see
  • Chai tea, coconut chutney, Kale burger
  • The cerviche and the lamb chop were delicious.
  • Had the naan, eggplant mash, and samosas. Excellent! Every dish. Also had the hot naked chai. Delicious.
  • The Mezze Thali-great to share w/a party of 5. Black pepper chicken had just the right amt of kick. Outside has a big communal table for fun!
  • I absolutely love this place! The vibe, the decor, the cuisine... It's all superb! There's a dessert in the tiramisu family on the menu but it's something totally beyond. Can't wait to get back here.
  • Delicious food. Beautiful restaurant.
  • Food for the soul! Must try thei avocado toasts
  • House Chai is the best!
  • Samosas, kheema pav, tandoori chicken, mango lassi, and chai!
  • The whole look and feel and menu and Pete the waiter..
  • Vegetarian food is good. Service is beyond slow. Disappointing.
  • Try the anda roll
