• Nasty! Doesn't look like a normal Panera, the baked goods were lacking and looked pitiful. There was a horrible odor of feces. Smelled and looked so bad I left without eating.

• Never had rude service at a Panera until today. Not sure whether it was a language barrier or if she was just plain rude. Not happy about this location.
