'I created this creamy dip to serve to guests at my daughter's first birthday party,' relates Nancy LeBano of Stratford, New Jersey. 'It's deliciously different and was a hit with kids and adults. I sometimes layer it with fruit in parfait glasses for a change of pace.'

This recipe comes from a good friend. She calls it a salad. I call it a dessert. Regardless, it's fantastic. Feel free to substitute vanilla ice cream for the sherbet. The servings are a total guess (haven't made this for a long time).

This vinaigrette is delightfully different, and goes together in 5 minutes. This came from Cheap Fast Good! I have not tried this, just posting for safe keeping.

This was a favorite cake growing up. The middle gets sunken, all good from the topping sinking into it. You may wnat to double the topping so you can pour extra over the edge pieces of the cake, they don't seem to get as much of the topping sinking in as it all flows to the middle of the cake.
