Foursquare Tips

  • What could be better than having Chef Morimoto crafting a zuke maguro right in front of you, not much! Don't miss the sticky ribs appetizer!
  • Gyoza is meaty and sizzling hot, pork buns also delish. Got the small portion of tonkotsu ramen and was enough! tonkotsu was meh, broth kinda bland but char siu was so good. Prefer tokyo chix broth
  • Tonkatsu ramen & tuna don was on point! Even more special that Chef Morimoto made mine in front of me at sitting at the bar. Best seat in the house
  • Noodles are engineered by Morimoto to not get soggy!
  • You will love zuke don more when it comes as combination with ramen. Ramen may need a bit more broth but make good light lunch set.
  • Super ramen noodles! Vibrant atmosphere
  • There are definitely better places, but hey, it's by Chef Morimoto!
  • Morimoto's Ramen joint.
  • Everything is good! My favorite are the Peking duck tacos!!!
  • Most satisfying bap I've had in a long time. Sake always a winner
  • The ramen is pretty good, definitely on the top 10, but the gyoza is amazing
  • Tonkatsu is fuego. I don't really know sake but everything I've had here is great. Duck tacos and anything with pork (braised pork belly) as an appetizer are good.
  • Good tonkotsu bowl, very nice egg
  • It's good, but there are so much better places in NYC for ramen and in better prices too.
  • According to Jake: This place is incredible. No ramen that I'm aware of, and pretty expensive, but very good (well, more expensive than a standard bowl of ramen)
  • Great ramen & tuna rice bowl. Lunch is a good deal.
  • They have a nice lunch set with a ramen and side rice dish for around $16.
  • Tonkatsu too rich and thick for me. Shreds of thin fatty pork. Bitter vegetable is a nice addition and good noodles.
  • The ramen broth was too greasy for me, but the salmon don bowl was superb. Their lunch special is a great value for the neighborhood.
  • Bao is nothing special
