Dairy Queen Brings Back Two Fan Favorites Of The '90s

There's no doubt the '90s are back, with bakeries making doughnut versions of classic '90s snacks and McDonald's tapping into the trend with Nintendo-themed happy meal toys. Now Dairy Queen is joining in by bringing back two '90s favorites: Treatzza Pizza and Misty Slush.

"There is an obvious resurgence in everything '90s and both Treatzza Pizza and Misty Slush were fan favorites from that era," Barry Westrum, executive vice president of marketing for American Dairy Queen Corporation, said in a statement. "Those two treats were loved by fans from day one. They asked us to bring them back and we delivered."

If you don't know what the Treatzza Pizza is, it's a sweet, frozen take on America's favorite junk food. It comes in four different varieties: Choco Brownie, Reese's, M&M, and Heath. The crust is made from fudge cookie crunch with vanilla soft serve, and the pie is topped with pieces of candy and a chocolate drizzle. The result is a cohesive dessert pie much less bizarre than the controversial Peeps pizza.

7-Eleven's Slurpee, which comes in five different flavors: cherry, blue raspberry, grape, strawberry-kiwi, and lemon-lime.
