Natasha has worked as a freelance writer for a decade, delving into and sharing the stories behind global destinations, foods, and cultures for media outlets including AFAR, Edible Communities, Hawaii.com, Matador Network, the San Francisco Chronicle, SFGate, USAToday, and Time Out New York, among others. As a travel and food journalist, she has a zeal for authentic storytelling while helping readers better experience any destination through its cuisine, researching new food trends plus sharing stories of global and regional culinary culture. She co-founded and coordinated a restaurant week event for seven years in Reno, Nevada, working closely with chefs, restaurants and food lovers to bring edge-pushing culinary experiences to the region while capturing national attention.

Natasha earned a bachelor's degree in international affairs from the University of Nevada, Reno.
