Lindsey started freelancing for local, independent publications in 2014. She has also received screenwriting accolades for her original historical fiction comedy pilots "Oscar in America" and "Greek Love" from the Scriptation Showcase Script Competition, the Emerging Screenwriters Genre Competition, and the BlueCat Screenplay Competition. Lindsey is a multifaceted writer who joined Static in 2021, covering entertainment, and she's now bringing her knowledge and interest in the culinary realm to Daily Meal. In addition to her freelance career, Lindsey focuses on creative writing in her spare time and is working on completing her first novel.
Education
Lindsey has a bachelor's degree in English with a concentration in writing and a minor in literature from Belmont University.
