Yesterday, Kim and Kanye celebrated their second wedding anniversary. They were in Rome for their special day, and we assume they treated themselves to their absolute favorite indulgence: gelato. This couple literally spends their lives in the public eye, so it’s no surprise that, when not eating ice cream, their diet is balanced, healthy, and at times, extreme. We would expect nothing less from these self-obsessed stars.
Kanye and Kim have a personal chef who comes into the Kardashian-West home every morning to make their meals. They entrust almost all their cooking to this chef as that’s how to avoid adding anything unhealthy to their meals, which tend to consist of fish or chicken served with vegetables for lunch and dinner.
Kanye has a personal nutritionist who controls what he eats every day. This nutritionist changes his diet every 10 days, to make sure things stay interesting, and to stop him straying off the strict path because he gets bored of the diet he’s forever stuck on.
Kanye doesn’t love many things besides Kanye, Kim, and his kids, but ice cream is his one other vice. He’s been pictured many times eating his favorite frozen treat, always out of a waffle cone, with a smile on his face. While we’re unsure as to what his preferred flavor is, we know that anything from the Dairy Queen menu will be a hit with him.

When not tucking into grilled salmon and steamed vegetables at home, Kim and Kanye are avid restaurant-goers. Kanye’s favorite New York restaurant is April Broomfield’s Spotted Pig in West Village; in Paris, they’re regulars at the celebrity-filled L’Avenue, and in L.A. you’ll often spy the pair feasting on rare steaks at Lawry’s.
Kim Kardashian begins every morning with oatmeal, scrambled eggs, a protein shake and fresh fruit, or this breakfast smoothie. Eating such a healthy meal at the beginning of the day, after an hour-long workout, gets her day off to the most nutritious start.
There’s nothing healthy, nutritious, or controlled about Kim Kardashians’ macaroni and cheese, but we love her view that if you’re going to make this comfort food, you may as well do it properly.
Kim gained 60 pounds when pregnant with her now 5-month-old baby Saint. She says that during the pregnancy she simply couldn’t stop eating, and is now strictly following the low-carb, high-protein Atkins 40 diet to lose every pound that she gained.
