A San Francisco native, Noel Santos now works as Executive Chef at the MGM Grand's Diego restaurant and calls Las Vegas home. A Vegas resident since 1999, Santos has worked in some of the city's top kitchens from Blackstone's Steak House in the Monte Carlo to the Mansion at MGM Grand.
