Methodology
In an extensive search for the best unlimited drink specials, we first called alcoholic beverage authorities in every single state and Washington, D.C., to find out where such promotions are actually legal. But even in places where it's unlawful, some establishments work around restrictions by offering drinks for as cheap as a penny.
After that, we looked at Yelp and other review sites, ratings and lists from around the web, and consulted our own internal experts to find the best bottomless brunch deals in the country.
Ashland Pub (Mobile, Alabama)
While bottomless brunch isn't technically legal in Alabama, there are still ridiculously cheap deals to be had. Every Sunday, Ashland Pub has jazz brunch. Mimosas and poinsettias (Champagne, triple sec and cranberry juice) are just $11 with 1-cent refills as long as you purchase an entree, like Captain Crunch French toast, breakfast pizza, Creole crab cakes Benedict or the half-pound "Cardiologist" burger.
The Overland Tap + Kitchen (Los Angeles)
A bottomless brunch is perhaps one of the best things to do in California, and Overland's might be the cheapest. Get all-you-can-drink Champagne for just $8.99 on Saturday and Sunday from 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. There's a two-hour limit and you have to purchase your meal separately, but the prices aren't steep — most options are under $20. Choose anything from the scroll of breakfast options, including two eggs any style with Maryland crabcakes, a chicken sausage and veggie scramble omelet, eggs Benedict with short rib, French toast and more.
Rupert’s at the Edge (Edgewater, Colorado)
Restaurant co-owner Susan Olsen's late great-uncle Rupert once said, "Brunch without mimosa is just a sad, late breakfast." Customers can go bottomless for only $9.50 on Saturday, Sunday and Monday from 7 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Don't miss out on the smoked Gouda grits, which come topped with two eggs, bacon and green onion, resulting in smoky, cheesy bliss.
Home Grown Cafe (Newark, Delaware)
It's slim pickings for drink deals in the second-smallest state, but they do exist. The Home Grown Cafe in Delaware runs a bottomless build-your-own mimosa promotion for $18 on Saturday and Sunday from 9:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. Choose from a variety of juices and fruit purées to add to your bubbly and drink for up to two hours. In order to qualify for this deal, you have to purchase a meal. The menu is diverse, but the crab meat fondue, Green Goddess sandwich and South of the Border Benedict with roasted sweet potatoes, avocado, chorizo and a chipotle hollandaise sauce are a few standouts.
3 Keys Brewing (Bradenton, Florida)
3 Keys Brewing in Bradenton, Florida, offers a brunch menu every Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., and bottomless mimosas are just $10 with the purchase of a food item. Some eats include avocado toast, a pint of bacon (a literal glass filled with five slices of thick-cut maple bacon) and a half-pound beef burger with provolone, bacon and egg served on a waffle (or bun) with syrup and fried IPA pickles on the side.
B.C. Cafe (Fort Lauderdale, Florida)
Weekend brunch at the B.C. Cafe in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, is really popular because of its food-truck-quality grub and dirt-cheap unlimited mimosas, Bellinis and cranberry punch. Drink 'em down for just $13 on Saturday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. and on Sunday from 10:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Check out the brunch sampler while you're at it. Eclipse Di Luna (Atlanta)
This Georgia peach has mix- and- match sangria and mimosas for just $12 every Saturday and Sunday from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. For something to eat, choose from Eclipse Di Luna's tapas menu, which features salmon tacos, slow-roasted duck hash, churros, scrambled eggs and chorizo, biscuits and gravy and much more.
Herringbone (Honolulu)
The Aloha State is a ghost town when it comes to drink promotions, but the Herringbone in Hawaii has something to wet your whistle. Add "flowing" rosé or tropical mimosas to your tab for $25 from 10:30 a.m. until last call at 2 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays.
Hyde House (Boise, Idaho)
Choose from a rotating menu of seasonal eats, and then wash it all down with all-you-can-drink mimosas at Hyde House in Idaho on Saturday and Sunday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. The limitless liquid libation costs just $10.
Cellars Bar and Grill (Chicago)
If you're going to Cellars in Chicago, you'd better show up with an appetite because you can't get the $10 "nearly bottomless" mimosas or bloody marys unless you get something to eat. You can fill up on breakfast carbonara, chipotle pulled-pork eggs Benedict or Paulie's special pancakes, and enjoy your fill of booze. Bar Roma (Chicago)
Bar Roma in Chicago has unlimited bubbly brunch for $25 per person. It includes one entree and all-you-can-drink mimosas by the carafe. LouVino (Indianapolis)

Safai Coffee (Louisville, Kentucky)
Not many spots in Louisville have bottomless mimosas, but this coffee shop does. Every Sunday, customers can sip on the fizzy citrus drink endlessly for just $10. For what it's worth, you probably won't be able to leave without trying the crepes. People in Kentucky go crazy for the Nutella one with cocoa, sugar, whipped cream and powdered sugar.
Flamingo A-Go-Go (New Orleans)
This vibrant and electric restaurant in NOLA isn't exactly known for its food, but unlimited mimosas and sparkling rosé are just $12 on Saturday and Sunday, so it's always lively. Giovanni’s Brooklyn Eats (Brooklyn, New York)
You're looking at more than $35 for boozy brunches in New York City, but Giovanni's Brooklyn Eats is only $22.95. The price includes 90 minutes of unlimited mimosas and bloody marys plus a two-course meal. Start with an artisanal salad (the spinach salad with pears, walnuts and gorgonzola is great) then choose from a seemingly infinite list of entrees. Lido (New York)

Mert’s (Charlotte, North Carolina)
If you're a fan of "Diners, Drive-ins and Dives," you may already be familiar with Mert's in Charlotte, North Carolina. Here, one mimosa is just $9.50, so it makes sense to order the unlimited option if you're having more than two, because it's just $17.95. There's just one catch: you can't share. The Starving Rooster (Minot, North Dakota)
