Discount store chain Five Below opened its first location in Wayne, Pennsylvania, in 2002. Ever since, it's been dispensing a wide variety of toys, clothing, decor, novelties, and other goods, all available for less than $5 apiece (hence the name). Five Below offers just about everything, and that certainly includes confectionery treats. We've already noted some of the chocolate bars to look out for on your next trip to Five Below, but if you're searching for candy instead, the chain also has a solid selection.
While Five Below has plenty of individualized candy packages for solo shoppers, it also sells a variety of treats in cardboard Mega Tubes. If you're buying sweets for a group, consider one of these as a fun, novel way to dispense the candy. Plus, even when the candy is gone, the tube can still be an eye-catching item on a shelf, and it can be used as a coin bank.
Sour Patch Kids
Sour Patch Kids are a mouth-puckering classic. We ranked them as one of the best gummy candies out there, so they're a safe bet if you're shopping at Five Below.
