Du-Par is a local favorite and a perfect way to start your day exploring the revived Downtown district. You must try their corned beef hash!

Breakfast is always fun and you can enjoy it here 24 hours a day. This classic Vegas "old school" restaurant has plush booths. The décor is kind of quirky but the eggs Benedict makes it all worth a visit.
