Corona also join the brunch beers in the winner’s circle as the states most popular beers.

Heineken’s well-balanced qualities are savored by the Tar Heel State. Although the first sip starts off biting, the beer then becomes slightly sweet, ending with a clean, not-too-bitter finish. (Best seller: Bud Light.) Those in Tennessee who aren't quaffing Bud Light think the resident ale called Astronaut Status by Wiseacre Brewing is out of this world. Aged in bourbon barrels with cinnamon sticks and vanilla for 11 months, the brew is slightly sweet with fig and raisin notes.
Corona and Atrial Rubicite are the most popular choices in the Lone Star State. Atrial is sold in 500-milliliter (16.91-ounce) bottles instead of the standard 12-ouncers — everything is bigger in Texas, after all. The American ale is made with well water, and is full of barley, wheat, raspberries, and locally sourced yeast. This unfiltered, unpasteurized frothy beverage is easily one of Texas’ pride and joys.
The names of Utah’s choice beers — Wasatch Polygamy Nitro Porter and Big Bad Baptist —‚ may be cause for a second glance, especially on April Fool’s Day, but we won’t get into that. Polygamy Nitro Porter is a dark brown ale with inferences toward cocoa, dark fruit aromas, and roasted malts. The other, Big Bad Baptist, is bourbon-barrel-stored with cocoa and coffee extracts.

Virginia not just to Bud Light but also to home-brewed Resolute – Coconut. The imperial stout from Brothers Craft Brewing clocks in at 13.5 ABV and is full of rich chocolate, caramel, and bourbon hints with a coconut aftertaste.

(Best seller: Bud Light.) Doesn’t an imperial stout with whispers of toffee with bourbon influences sound appealing? We agree and the Badger State would agree too. It’s original Black Gold (2015) imperial stout fits the bill and has become a favorite in Wisconsin alongside Bud Light.
(Best seller: Bud Light) The Equality State likes its original Snake River American Pale Ale and Bud Light equally. Snake River uses domestic malts and has citrus hops with a firm, bitter finish. It’s an intriguing complement with spicy Asian cuisine and, surprisingly, salad.
