Keep in mind that prices and availability vary across regions.
Kodiak Buttermilk & Vanilla Power Waffles
Kodiak protein-packed waffles are back in the freezer case at Costco. This pack of 40 waffles will fill you up with 12 grams of protein for every two-waffle serving. When these waffles first hit the aisles at Costco, customers rejoiced on Reddit. "My kids eat these up and I like the ingredients much better than [E]ggos. Good protein too," wrote a poster. Made with 100% whole grains, the waffles are a quick breakfast treat you can feel good about whipping out on a busy morning.
The Kodiak Buttermilk & Vanilla Power Waffles run around $15 at your local Costco.
Laoban Scallion Pancakes
Elsewhere sold in bags of five, these vegan scallion pancakes are sold at Costco in bulk with a 12-pack of flaky, savory flatbreads. Cook these pancakes in the air fryer at 380 degrees Fahrenheit, or pan-fry until golden brown for an easy side or snack. Reviewers on the Target website give a smaller bag 4.6 stars with over 200 ratings. Shoppers appreciated how crispy and easy to make they are. Some roll them up with scrambled eggs for a flavorful breakfast.
Costco sells a bag of Laoban Scallion Pancakes for around $12.
Blount's Family Kitchen Rustic Minestrone Soup
This classic, hearty minestrone is full of kidney beans, chickpeas, vegetables (potatoes, onions, celery, carrots, zucchini, and tomatoes), and ditalini pasta in an herby tomato broth — perfect to keep the chill out of your bones. The tubs can go in the freezer for you to pull out whenever anyone in your house is suddenly hungry. Once opened, the soup will be good for another three to five days in the fridge.
A package of two 24-ounce tubs of Blount's Family Kitchen Rustic Minestrone Soup costs around $11 at Costco.
Kirkland Signature Paneer Cheese
Paneer is a soft, unaged cheese that doesn't melt. The cheese is unsalted, so it pairs well with flavorful sauces, such as the Indian dishes palak paneer or paneer tikka masala. Try it in a paneer makhani recipe, where it's simmered in a rich, delicious tomato butter sauce. When posters on Reddit first spotted this Kirkland Signature paneer, they appreciated having a low-cost option for this sometimes pricey cheese. (Side note: paneer is Persian for "cheese," so Costco is selling "cheese cheese.")
A 32-ounce two-pack of Kirkland Signature Paneer Cheese costs around $7 at Costco.
Real Indian Creamy Coconut Korma Curry Sauce
If you're looking for a sauce for the Kirkland Signature Paneer, this coconut korma will do the trick. Rich with yogurt, coconut, butter, cashews, and cream, this sauce can create a filling and delicious meal in minutes. Add in the provided seasoning mix full of spices including coriander, turmeric, and cumin; simmer with chicken or paneer; and serve with rice or naan. "Tried this. Was excellent," wrote a poster on Facebook.
Costco sells the Real Indian Creamy Coconut Korma Curry Sauce in a pack of two 24-ounce jars for roughly $11.
Ile de France Brie Bites
If you're tired of snacking on mozzarella sticks, move a bit north from Italy to this cheese made for on-the-go bites. These mini brie bites are a little under one ounce each and are imported from France. In a discussion about brie brands on Reddit, commenters found the Ile de France version to be creamier and softer. Elsewhere, they come in bags of five, but Costco sells a 12-pack of the cheesy wheels.
A bag of Ile De France Brie Bites is for sale at Costco for $10.99.
Jif Snappers Peanut Butter Pretzel Clusters
These clusters of salty pretzels surround a creamy Jif peanut butter center and are drizzled in milk chocolate. "That bag looks perfect for holiday snack bowls," said one commenter in response to an Instagram post. On another, a commenter reported back, writing, "I got them and let me tell [y'all].. 11/10!" Each bag contains around 40 pieces, meaning you'll have enough to share (or to last you a while).
A 20-ounce bag of Jif Snappers Peanut Butter Pretzel Clusters runs for $9.49.
Cabot Maple Sweet & Cheesy Popcorn
Taking a page from Chicago-style caramel and cheese popcorn mixes, Cabot gives the combo a Vermont spin with maple as the sweet element. One Instagram reviewer calls it one of their favorite popcorns ever, thanks to the sweet maple flavor and the salty cheddar. They explain that half of the popped kernels are covered in a "layer of candied maple," the rest in cheddar. Enjoy the flavor combination for longer with this larger Costco-sized bag.
A 14-ounce bag of Cabot Maple Cheddar Sweet & Cheesy Popcorn at Costco sells for $7.99.
Kirkland Signature Shredded Quesadilla Blend Cheese
Kirkland blends shredded queso quesadilla and asadero into a cheese meant to melt well between tortillas. Queso quesadilla is a mild, creamy, super-melty cheese largely from the northwest part of Mexico — Sinaloa — and parts of southern Texas. Its use expands beyond the name; you can use this cheese to melt into dips, spread atop nachos, or to stuff enchiladas. Asadero, another northern Mexico (Chihuahua) cheese, is made and melts like mozzarella — it will give your quesadilla a nice stretch.
Costco sells this large, 2½-pound bag of Kirkland Signature Shredded Quesadilla Blend Cheese for $6.49.
Château Fougères Garlic & Cheese Stuffed Christmas Tree Brioche Rolls
If Costco's pumpkin pie can come out in late August, Christmas-themed foods can come out in late October. These French-made cheese and garlic stuffed brioche rolls are stuck together into a Christmas tree shape and topped with emmental cheese that melts in the oven. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for six to eight minutes, then pull apart and enjoy. Each tree is made of 20 rolls, enough for any small holiday gathering.
The Château Fougères Garlic & Cheese Stuffed Christmas Tree Brioche Rolls is sold at Costco for $8.99.
