Murphy-Goode Liars Dice Zinfandel 2001

Tim Murphy's 20 years of breakfasts and "liar's dice" games with some of Sonoma's top Zinfandel growers at Mickey's Cafe in Geyserville led to our "Liar's Dice" Zin. To be its showy best, Zin needs to be ripe, then we gently crush and ferment at warm temperatures to maximize flavors. This is a robust, generous wine with big berry, black raspberry and peppery fruit.
