What to Pair With Your Favorite Wines

This nifty infographic will be all you need to impress your guests with food and wine pairings

OK, so you know the basics: red for meat, white for seafood. But unless you're a wine connoisseur, your pairing knowledge probably doesn't extend far beyond that.

Thankfully, Leibman's Wine & Fine Foods in Houston, Texas, worked with a Houston wine specialist to develop this nifty infographic that provides food pairings for everything from syrah and pinot noir to chardonnay and Moscato d'Asti.

Now you can impress your next date by recommending a glass of sauvignon blanc to go with the ceviche, since you know fish dishes with citrus sauces pair well with it — or a glass of pinot noir to go with that chicken Marsala, since you know it complements mushroom dishes.
