This recipe is a great alternative to regular potato chips. You can add your own spices like garlic or paprika for extra flavor.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
Remove the stems of the kale with a knife then cut kale into bite-size pieces. Wash the kale and dry in a salad spinner or with a paper towel.
Drizzle the kale with olive oil, salt, and place on a baking dish.
Bake kale for 10 minutes, until the edges are brown but not burnt.
