Shake Shack Atlanta To Open On September 30

After six months of waiting, starting with the Shake Shack truck at SXSW to the confirmation from Buckhead Atlanta a few months ago, it's official: Shake Shack Atlanta is finally here. Shake Shack Atlanta will be opening on September 30, in the brand-new Buckhead Atlanta luxury retail and restaurant complex.

The two-story Buckhead Shack will open at 11 a.m. next Tuesday, and will feature Shake Shack's familiar and beloved menu items like the Shack Burger, as well as a new menu of frozen custard concretes that will only use real sugar, and no syrups. The new Buckhead-only custard flavors will be Pecan Pie Oh My (vanilla frozen custard blended with a slice of pecan pie from H&F Bread Co.) and Campfire S'mores (chocolate frozen custard blended with marshmallow sauce, graham crackers, and dark chocolate chunks from Cacao Atlanta Chocolate Co.). All sales from the Campfire S'mores custard will benefit Camp Twin Lakes, which provides year-round camp experiences for children with serious illnesses and life challenges. The Atlanta-specific Peachtree shake will also be on the menu, a rich and creamy caramel peach milkshake.
