Maria Menounos's favorite smoothies may be perfect for your morning routine!

Maria Menounos, actress, journalist, television presenter, occasional professional wrestler, and most recent Women’s Health magazine cover girl, knows how to stay fit. She also knows her way around the kitchen. But on those days where her busy schedule doesn’t allow her to cook breakfast, she relies on these delicious smoothies, courtesy of her celebrity trainer Harley Pasternak, to keep her satisfied.

According to Women’s Health magazine, here are two of Menounos' favorite summer treats that also pack a healthy punch.

The Apple Nut Morning Smoothie: This smoothie combines raw almonds, an unpeeled apple (for added fiber), some frozen banana pieces, nonfat plain Greek yogurt, milk of choice, and cinnamon to make a delicious and hearty wake-up drink.

The Ruby Red Frostie: This drink combines frozen raspberries, blueberries, orange segments, protein powder, and ground flaxeed to make a sweet and tropical pick-me-up beverage.
