Have A Seat At 3800 Ocean's Kitchen Table

The collaborative kitchen of 3800 Ocean at The Palm Beach Marriott Singer Island Beach Resort & Spa in Palm Beach, Fla., has opened a five-seat Kitchen Table that offers guests with an adventurous palate the chance to try the restaurant's latest culinary creations before they are officially added to 3800 Ocean's menu.

Open Thursday through Saturday from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m., the Kitchen Table's menu is created à la minute with locally sourced ingredients and is comprised of dishes that the kitchen team is creating. Signature dishes are created sustainably with fresh locally caught seafood like grouper and scallops, ingredients from Swank Specialty Produce's hydroponic farm, and poultry from Murray's family-farmed and naturally raised chickens.

New York's Larry LaValley, Massachusetts' Adam Hervieux, Florida's Frances Deskin, Mexico's Ernesto Sierra, Jamaica's Alistair Housen, and Arizona's Deana Lezcano make up the collective kitchen team.
A seat at the table for a three-hour dinner is $59, with cocktail and wine pairings available for an additional charge and upon request.
