Ingredients
- 1 1/2 Cup diced fresh avocado
- 1/2 Cup diced fresh tomato (beefsteak or Roma/plum tomatoes)
- 2 Tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 Tablespoons minced red onion
- 1 Tablespoon fresh lime juice
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- Assorted vegetables, for serving
Directions
In a medium bowl, combine the avocado, tomato, cilantro, onion, and lime juice. Stir to combine. Season to taste with salt and black pepper.
