Inotheke Now Open in Santa Monica
Inotheke, a new restaurant showcasing modern Greek cuisine, has opened in Santa Monica. Traditional Mediterranean food in big sharable dishes are on the menu as well as over 20 wines by the glass and 60 by the bottle.

La Quinta Resort & Club Offers Two Food Events in December
La Quinta Resort & Club will be hosting a James Beard Weekend, showcasing celebrity chefs and their dishes on December 4 to 6 at their signature restaurant, Morgan's in the Desert.  Additionally, it will be offering a three-course truffle inspired menu for $99 per person through the end of 2015.

Three new food and beverage outlets have opened at 631 Wilshire. JUICE, Mendocino Farms, and Sidecar Doughnuts join Cassia, Rustic Canyon, and Belcampo in Downtown Santa Monica.

New Holiday Soufflés Offered at The Beverly Hills Hotel
The Beverly Hills Hotel's Polo Lounge will be serving special holiday-themed soufflés beginning December 12.  A different seasonal flavor soufflé, including candy cane, eggnog, and spiced pear among others, will be offered each day on the 12 days leading up until Christmas.

Sangers & Joe Offering December Guest Chef Dinners
Pasadena's Sangers & Joe restaurant is offering Keys to the Kitchen, a series of guest chef dinners beginning in December.  Local and international chefs will present full course dinner menus including executive chef Patrick Florendo on December 3 and Claudio Dell'Anno on December 17 and 31.  In 2016, chefs Kyle Schutte (January14), Marc Johnson (January 28), and Laurent Quenioux (February 11) will also be hosting dinners.

Scratch Bar & Kitchen Opens in Encino
The new Scratch Bar & Kitchen from Top Chef contestant Chef Philip Frankland Lee has opened in Encino.  The intimate restaurant seats 30 diners and chefs create custom dishes according to guest preferences.
