New York City’s Adoro Lei Partners With Chocolate Master, Jacques Torres, for a Sweet Menu Launch
The dream team of pizza and chocolate has come together thanks to a fabulously delicious collaboration between the upscale Italian eatery, Adoro Lei, and the internationally acclaimed chocolatier, Jacques Torres.
One of the new dishes is the Giacamo, a unique pizza incorporating Torres’ famed cocoa powder into Adoro Lei’s authentically crafted crust. This Neapolitan-style pizza is topped with two cheeses, caramelized onions, fig purée, bacon, and ground Jacques Torres Chocolate cocoa nibs. There’s also the Henriette, a sweet dessert pizza with Jacques Torres Chocolate’s famous chocolate ice cream, fresh cream, berries, and chocolate drizzle on top of a fried, cocoa zeppole.
For those who prefer to start the day with sweet treats (and more), Adoro Lei is also bringing back its trendy brunch selection. On the menu will be tasty items that include a build-your-own omelette station with fresh ingredients and Bam Bam Hearts Pebbles Waffles. Yes, waffles topped with Fruity Pebbles, which come with strawberries, whipped cream, and Nutella. And — of course — Adoro Lei will also be serving chocolate chip pancakes sprinkled with Jacques Torres chocolate chips.
Other menu highlights include the classic breakfast sandwich with bacon, manchego, and eggs on a freshly baked panini; red velvet pancakes topped with banana flambé; and truffle cauliflower with poached eggs.
