Las Vegas' CliQue Lounge Rolls Out Its Newest 'Tableside Cocktailing' Experience
We love a good presentation — who doesn't? However, this matters especially to experiences on the Vegas Strip. The newest hot spot, CliQue Cocktail Lounge at the Cosmopolitan, features a scene that continues to draw the marvelous Millennial crowds that crave a new type of drinking experience.
CliQue Lounge entertains, engages, and brings an interactive experience to the Cosmopolitan cocktail crowd. The trendy spot showcases a plush lounge area with ample open seating. Moreover, it offers chic elements in its delivery of drinks that you most likely have never before seen. Examples include carts that are equipped with the latest mixology gadgetry, ample spirits, and a collection of the freshest mixers and ingredients. Once at your table, the mixologist expertly prepares your libations with finesse and style, leaving you impressed and thirsty.
This innovative tableside mixology employed at the lounge is, "...a personalized experience. Not only are the Mixologists being challenged to show off their personalities but it also is about really breaking down the components of the cocktail, giving an education on the flavor characteristics, and making it personal experience," says partner Jason "Jroc" Craig.
We watched, spellbound, as several of the cocktails were created by master mixologist Justin D'Angelo. We decided on the Bow Street Banana with Pedro Ximenez Sherry and chocolate bitters laden with banana infused Jameson. The smoke piped into the glass added an extra bit of intrigue and drama. After a sip of the sultry smoky sherry, the bite of caramelized banana added just the right amount of sweetness to this perfect pairing.
A well-crafted list of cocktails is available tableside or at the bar, depending on your preference. In addition, you can enjoy savory bites such as the filet sliders or the ahi tuna. The CliQue Lounge and Bar at the Cosmopolitan will be the place to impress your clique or just about anyone who craves a unique cocktail experience.
