Imperial is home to a variety of flavorful tacos, including the What the Duck with roasted duck and a pineapple cherry chutney.

Wednesday, July 6th is the seventh installment of Chef Brandon Zarb’s Menu Takeover. As executive chef at Imperial and Public House, both located in Ferndale, Mi., chef Zarb will be throwing out the usual menu for one day and and showing Ferndale some of the rich flavors of South America.
