The third annual Food Book Fair, which brings chefs, food writers, designers, artists, and publishers together to explore the “intersection between food culture and food systems,” will return to Brooklyn at the Wythe Hotel between April 25th and April 27th. A pop-up bookstore featuring over 200 books and food magazines will open on April 18th.
The three-day fair will include panel discussions, a film screening, a pop-up brew pub, a pop-up farm, and even a pitch competition for entrepreneurs.
Featured speakers will include Dave Arnold, president of the Museum of Food & Drink (MOFAD) and head of the food lab Booker & Dax; Johnathan Wu, chef and owner of Fung Tu; Jose Ramirez-Ruiz, chef and owner of Chez Jose; Emilia Terragni, editorial director of cookbooks at Phaidon; Peter Meehan, food writer and co-editor of Lucky Peach magazine; and several others.
Tickets are available now and range from $15 to $30 per individual event or an all-access insider pass for $225.
