In this installment of America's Oldest Bars, we visit Arizona. Compared to New York and Louisiana, this state's longest living watering holes are relatively young — most of them only dating back to the early 1900's. Still, the oldest among them, The Palace Restaurant and Saloon located on the historic Whiskey Row, counts the likes of Wyatt Earp and Doc Holliday among its former patrons. Now that's a classic — a true nexus for drink, space, and time.
