We spoke with chef Stéphanie Le Quellec to see just what will be on the menu for the lucky winners.
Bringing femininity and modernity to her food, chef Le Quellec says, “At least 70% of the menu is inspired by Provençal cuisine, as I love to work with fresh and local products. For the rest, I use my imagination.” She says, she’s inspired by what she tastes on her travels. What she loves most about Provençal food is the colorful and healthful nature of it — she’s delighted by how beautiful the plate is when you combine simple ingredients like Mediterranean fish, olive oil, fresh herbs, tomatoes, and courgette flowers.
