WestJet Serves Disney Magic

WestJet and WestJet Vacations are serving Disney-themed in-flight amenities in August. The air carrier is serving Disney-themed snacks along with Disney napkins. Passengers can munch on Cars cookies while watching free Disney cartoons and movies from seatback televisions.

In addition to the honey graham cracker treats, guests on some routes also get Disney-themed jokes, fun facts, and a complimentary gift.

"This month-long campaign is a reminder to our guests that we believe our award-winning culture of care and having fun on board can help create a special vacation. We want to add a little bit of inflight magic to families' holiday memories," said Lauri Feser, WestJet's vice-president of marketing.

The Disney promotion coincides with WestJet's vacation packages at Aulani, a Disney Resort & Spa in Hawaii, hotels at the Disneyland Resort in California and the Walt Disney World Resort in Florida.

Guests who book a vacation package through WestJet Vacations for a minimum of three-nights before Oct. 31 get a price guarantee so should an identical WestJet Vacations package decrease in price at any time prior to 21 days before departure, guests can request a refund of the difference in cost.

For guests planning a fall getaway to the Disneyland Resort in California, WestJet Vacations is offering a kids fly free promotion. For every adult that flies, one child flies free when booking a minimum three-night WestJet Vacations package from select Western Canadian cities to any of WestJet Vacations' properties in Los Angeles or Orange County-Anaheim, California. Offer is valid for bookings made by August 31, 2012, for travel between September 4 and October 31, 2012.
