When in California, do as the Californians do... and sip on this California-themed cocktail. Try the Cali Mojito at the Whiskey Blue at W Los Angeles – Westwood. 

• 2 ounces Caliche rum
• 6 Cilantro leaves
• 1 ounce lime juice
• .5 ounce pineapple juice
• .75 ounce agave nectar

1. Muddle cilantro leaves
2. Add ice, shake all ingredients
3. Serve in a rocks glass
