Vegan Bar To Open In Center City

Since HipCityVeg expanded to University City, students have been flocking there for their delicious Veg Burgers, sweet potato fries and Banana Whips. Now, owner Nicole Marquis is taking it a step further by opening up a vegan bar. The restaurant will serve drinks made with fresh juices and a full vegan menu. The bar will be named "Charlie Was a Sinner" and will be located at 131 S. 13th St. I don't know about you, but I cannot wait to give this place a "shot."
