Ladies can indulge on a white chocolate sphere, raspberry sorbet, and pistachio cake, while gentlemen can relish a 70 percent Guanaja chocolate cremeux, passion fruit cream, and hazelnut crunch. Two specialty cocktails will also be featured for the night, including a sparkling strawberry julep for her, and a gin on gin basil julep for him. For the Swanky Hotel Lover: 15th & Vine Kitchen and Bar, at the luxurious Viceroy Miami, is inviting guests to an intimate three-course dinner for two for $160. For the Modern Italian Lover: Modern Italian outpost, Bocce Bar, is featuring a Valentine's Day five-course prix fixe menu for $55 per person ($75 paired with wines from select, renown vineyards), in addition to its á la carte menu. Couples can enjoy Kumamoto oysters, pappa al pomodoro, a pan seared branzino, and a caramelized strawberry and champagne millefoglie to finish. For the Traditional Italian Lover: Café Prima Pasta on Miami Beach is setting the mood this February 14th with two evening specials. Begining at 5 p.m., a "sunset special" of select, half-priced dishes and drinks will be offered. Guests can then stay for two different four-course prix fixe menus featuring "his" and "her" menus for $75 per person, with seatings at 7 p.m., 9 p.m. and 10:30 p.m. Ladies can enjoy the "Perlei" menu of insalata pomodori e mozzarella, heart-shaped ravioli di cuore, branzino cileno, and dolce della passione for a sweet ending. For the Chinese Food Lover: The Fontainebleau's Cantonese gem, Hakkasan, will feature both the regular á la carte menu and a five-course prix fixe dinner, priced at $250 per couple. The prix fixe dishes will be served family-style and feature a dim sum sampler, traditional Peking duck, stir fried spicy tiger prawns, wok-fried wagyu beef, charcoal grilled honey Chilean sea bass, and chicken fried rice with mushrooms in a lotus leaf.
