TuttiFrutti Works To Preserve Produce Diversity

Based in central Italy, TuttiFrutti, a start-up recently named a finalist in the Sodalitas Challenge, is working to preserve biodiversity. By supporting growers of less common fruits and vegetables and connecting them with cooks and consumers, TuttiFrutti hopes to reintroduce Italians to forgotten flavors.
