Which L.A. Restaurants Are Serving Thanksgiving Dinner?
Throw in the towel this Thanksgiving and give up the cooking, baking, and cleaning up. Dozens of LA restaurants are serving up traditional turkey and sides this November. Here are some venues offering great no-hassle Thanksgiving Day meals.
Hotel Bel Air
The tranquil, elegant setting is the perfect spot for a relaxed Thanksgiving dinner under the stars or in the chic patio in front of the fire in the cozy living room. The four-course pre-fixe menu includes roasted pumpkin soup, organic turkey sourdough brioche bread stuffing, sweet potato gratin and caramelized Brussels sprouts. $140 per person, served noon to 8 pm.
The Polo Lounge
Surround yourself with stars on turkey day at the trendy re-designed Polo Lounge. Offering a Thanksgiving Day brunch, special kids menu and traditional dinner, guests have a variety of dining choices for the entire family. Brunch includes Chai tea smoked duck breast, egg nog French toast, lobster scramble and veal ossobucco. Dinner options include pear salad, filet mignon, turkey and scallops. Brunch or dinner, $135 for adults, $55 for children, served noon to 8 pm.
The Langham Pasadena
Diners can choose from three areas to enjoy Thanksgiving meals. A champagne brunch will be served in the Huntington Ballroom from noon to 4 pm, The Royce Wood Fired Steakhouse is serving a three-course traditional dinner from 5 to 9 pm, and the Terrace is offering a three-course dinner with live entertainment from 4 to 9 pm. Brunch, $95, Steakhouse dinner, $85, Terrace dinner, $65.
Bedford and Burns
Head to Beverly Hills for a Southern California style Thanksgiving Dinner at Bedford and Burns. Admire the art in the main dining room or venture outside to the heated patio to dine al fresco. The Thanksgiving Day menu includes oysters, butternut squash and burrata, French onion Gruyere gratin, roast turkey, cornbread stuffing, prime rib and New Zealand salmon. A la carte prices, served 2 to 8 pm.
Café Del Rey
For an ocean view and vibe Marina Del Rey's Café Del Rey is offering a Mediterranean inspired Thanksgiving menu. Guests can choose from butternut squash soup, crab cakes, turkey breast, beet risotto, braised short ribs and chocolate pot de crème or pumpkin cheesecake. $55 per person, served 5 to 10 pm.
The Raymond Restaurant and Bar
For a romantic Thanksgiving dinner, Pasadena's Raymond delivers a charming atmosphere inside the homey Craftsman style dining room or the tranquil patio. Diners can choose from a turkey or prime rib feast with all the fixings, $70 per person, 5:30 to 9:30 pm.
Napa Valley Grille
Offering rustic autumn dishes, Westwood's Napa Valley Grille's menu incorporates both traditional and contemporary dishes for their Thanksgiving Day dinner, including squash bisque, roast turkey with all the fixings, butterscotch bread pudding, chicken with roasted apple mashed potatoes and mini pumpkin pie. Prices a la carte, noon to 8 pm.
