Na’vi River Journey in Pandora – The World of Avatar, Animal Kingdom
Na'vi River Journey is one of two new rides opening in Pandora – The World of Avatar. This river journey will take you on a canoe ride through the Avatar landscape and bioluminescent forest, led by the Shaman of Songs. It is planned to open May 27, 2017.

Flight of Passage in Pandora – The World of Avatar, Animal Kingdom
Another ride opening in the new land of Pandora is Flight of Passage on May 27. On this ride, fly over The World of Avatar to see the mystical land from atop a banshee. This otherworldly land will also feature a Santu'li canteen and a Windtraders shopping area.
Star Wars Guided Tour, Disney’s Hollywood Studios
For the ultimate Star Wars fans: Disney's Hollywood Studios is now offering a seven-hour guided tour of everything from Jedi training shows to the Star Wars: A Galactic Spectacular fireworks event. This tour opened Jan. 2 and includes a Star Wars-inspired dinner, sweets, and a souvenir.
Guardian of the Galaxy, Disneyland California Adventure Park
Last year you heard that Disneyland California Adventure Park's Tower of Terror ride was closing for a new ride, and this year you'll have it. On Jan. 2 of this year, the ride shut down — but it's set to reopen this summer as Guardians of the Galaxy—Mission: Breakout! The new ride will feature Rocket the Raccoon on a rescue mission (with your help) for his friends who were captured by Taneleer Tivan.

Alien Swirling Saucers, Toy Story Land, Disney’s Hollywood Studios
In 2018, you'll be able to join the alien characters from Disney's classic Toy Story tale as you spin away on a saucer from the toy machine's fearsome "Claw." Inspired from the movie scene where Andy visits Pizza Planet, toy rockets will also be spinning along with the "Claw" and saucers.

Slinky Dog Roller Coaster, Toy Story Land, Disney’s Hollywood Studios
Although the opening date for Toy Story Land in Disney's Hollywood Studios has yet to be determined, a few rides will be opening up in 2018. One of which is called Slinky Dog Roller Coaster, a family-friendly roller coaster where you'll explore Andy's backyard and all the toys lying around in between Slinky Dog's coils.
Miss Fortune Falls, Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon
This spring you'll be able to take a white-water raft journey through Captain Mary Oceaneer's treasure-hunting past at Disney's Typhoon Lagoon. This ride will be one of the longest water park rides at Disney with a total time of two minutes.
